Unique Foundation (Regd. No.: E/5718/10/Thane) is an organization with no personal benefit or without hope of profit. Unique Foundation is made to work for the people. If we are doing anything good, then Allah will surely reward us for it. Unique Foundation is working to create a strong unity in the society.

Considering the facts stated above and its motive, 'Unique Foundation' was established in the year 2010 and got registered under Mumbai Public Trust Act, Regd No. E/5718/10/THANE. And within these 7 years, our foundation has done good work by keeping our responsibilities in mind and getting full co-operation and support from all its members, well wishers and partners. We are working on different issues for the poor and needy people in the society which include educational, medical help, financial help, unemployment, work related to deen, social welfare work. To fulfill the above responsibilities, people of Unique Foundation are working hard. The aim of  'Unique Foundation' is to work for deen as well as social welfare work in which our society and members of Unique Foundation come forward in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. The aim and objectives of our society are highlighted with good presence and the benefits of which our society will get in their day to day life and forever in their work and for this Unique Foundation will always keep trying. From our society, people donating zakat, sadka and donation are coming forward. From this financial support, Unique Foundation is able to work in different areas and we are trying to fulfill the expectations of people through Unique Foundation. And that is the reason Unique Foundation's work circle is getting bigger in Nerul.  We are happy to give you the report of the year 2015-16.

1. ZAKAT FUND: From past 7 years, Unique Foundation is collecting zakat and spending on poor who are needy in Nerul. Unique Foundation selects such families who are really in need of help and deserves it.

2. MEDICAL HELP: From the zakat fund, Unique Foundation does a very important work on medical help for the needy for which a medical committee of four people has been made and all the work related to medical help is processed by this committee. Before giving medical help, we check whether its given to the right needy person. The committee visits the houses of people who deserves the zakat and are affected by diseases such as BP, Diabetes, Heart diseases, Paralysis, Asthma and various other serious conditions are given medical assistance every month (for a lifetime). Currently, 36 people from Nerul node are availing these benefits of medical help. We provide help in every condition and this year medical help budget has been doubled due to its requirements.

3. ACCOUNT BOOK: Unique Foundation account book and receipt book is studied by Chartered Account Mr. Sunil S. Patil every year. Unique Foundation has kept its work very transparent. 4. APPEAL: To all brothers and sisters donate more and more zakat to Unique Foundation so that work related to helping in our society can be done. We collect zakat, donations, sadqah by visiting you whenever you call.

1. RAMZAN TIME TABLE: In the month of Ramzan, timetable card of Ramzan is printed and distributed in our society so that our brothers and sisters who are fasting can know the right timing of roza.

2. DEENIYAT WORK: 125 sadqah box has been distributed to the members by which a good amount of sadqah is being collected. We request you to keep the sadqah box in your houses.

3. FOOD DISTRIBUTION: In the holy month of Ramzan distribution of food is done in such quantity that it lasts for the whole month for our poor brothers and sisters. This will be done every year Insha Allah.

4. CALENDAR: This year calendar printing and distribution are done by Unique Foundation.

1. RESPONSIBILITY OF WORK: Unique Foundation is run by a very responsible team of people. Every committee member is taking time out from their services, business and remain present in the office. Always trying to fulfill the requirement of donation, zakat, membership, medical help and everyday work.

2. DEEN AND SOCIAL WORK: Helping people of our community in their problems is the work which is always going on. People coming to Unique Foundation office with the work related to medical help, educational help, hospital, unemployment, work related to NMMC, work related to our community, college, school admission, qabristan, madrasa and work related to deen is always tried to be solved.

3. MEMBERSHIP: In the month of March 2016 Unique Foundation completed 260 membership. There is a request to you all to get more and more people attached to Unique Foundation. Please work in getting your friends, relatives, and other Muslims into membership of Unique Foundation.

4. EDUCATION DAY: Bharat Ratna Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad was our very important freedom fighter and was a hero of our community. In the Independent India after becoming Education Minister he made tremendous changes in the education system for our society so that every child gets an education. Considering Maulana Abdul Kalaam Azad Sir's contribution towards our country, Indian Government has declared his birth as Education Day for our country. This made our country as well as our community feel proud. Unique Foundation organized big meeting and remembered this very important personality of our country.

5. BENEFITS FOR WIDOWS: Many poor and widowed women are given benefits of government schemes in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. Ration card holder widows are helped by assisting them (financial) in the marriage of their daughters.

6. SERVE SEVA KENDRA: Through the medium of this Maharashtra government certificate and license of the people of our community are prepared which includes non-cremiliar, income certificate, domicile certificate, caste certificate, senior citizen certificate, gumasta, pan card, registration of unemployed people, change in name, passport, marriage certificate, food license, etc.

7. AADHAAR CENTRE: An aadhaar center has been started for people of our community where aadhaar enrolment and smart card is made at reasonable prices considering the importance of naqaab for ladies of out community, female staff members are appointed to assist them.

1. To give scholarship to poor and deserving students.

2. In social, healthcare program, financial condition, sports, education program related to deen people should come together.

3. Education, medical help and helpoing people who are unemployed.

4. Computer courses for poor children, support sports in the community to start deen related programs for women in the community.

5. To always stand for brotherhood, good relations, religious unity and social responsibility in the society.

1. Government finance scheme benefits will be given to widowed and poor women of the community.

2. In Nerul, Navi Mumbai ration card holders widows are helped by assisting them to NMMC (financial) help in the marriage of their daughters.

3. Through the medium of serve Seva Kendra, Maharashtra Government certificate and license work of the people of our community of our community will be done more.

4. Students passing in SSC, HSC will be helped in online admission every year.

5. Will celebrate Bharat Ratna Maulana Abdul Kalaam Azad's birth ceremony, so that his love and struggle for our country can be known by our people specially by our youth.

6. Keepong people's health in mind, Unique Foundation will organize heart, eyes, diabetes checkup camp.

7. To provide financial help to the poor both from the community people as well as the government.

8. Unique Foundation will print and distribute Urdu calendars every year so that Muslim communities upcoming festival and Urdu dates can be known.

9. Till now Unique Foundation used to help the needy students for studies through other sources on arrangement of sufficient fund Unique Foundation will help them directly.

10. This year also 25 sadqah boxes will be kept in our members home.

11. We will try to arrange financial assistance through NMMC schemes for widowed women from Nerul, Navi Mumbai having one or two daughters for their benefits.

12. Every year for the students of SSC and HSC personality development programs will be arranged.

Unique Foundation is very thankful to the members and active workers, who are always working hard to make all our programs successful and remain present in our programs by giving their precious time help us to increase the number of members boosting us to work hard.
